RESIDENTIAL
MULTIGENERATIONAL FAMILY
The Heights is a communal neighborhood located in the heart of Houston. The residents are known to be friendly and family oriented. Since they have many parks and plazas, the residents have many places to go out and meet more people outside their family circle. The Lima residence has been designed to be another such gathering place. It will be comfortable, warm and fresh.
With the use of open spaces, the house will give a welcoming vibe. Since most of the house residents will stay at home, they are more likely to receive friends and family. This house would be perfect fit to give any guest a warm welcome feeling. The use of large windows will give natural light and a fresh feeling throughout house. The patio will have a space for the grandfather to harvest any type of fruits and vegetables. Neutral colors will give a modern, clean, and elegant style in the house.
The Lima residence will be a comfortable house for their family members, a warming house for friends, and a fresh house for everybody who comes in the house.
