I am Karla Salinas, an interior design student passionate about functional, aesthetic, and comfortable spaces. Design is a tool that helps not only to space plan but also to create experiences. It lets you open yourself up to new creations while infusing the client’s personality into the design. I am eager to experience different interior design fields. I love everything about the design process, but my favorite part is watching the design evolve from the conceptual to interactive and tangible space.

The portfolio on this website represents two years of experience at Houston Community College from 2018 to 2020 and two years at Stephen F. Austin State University. My graduation is expected in May 2022 from SFA with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. In the meantime, I continue doing my best in each project and learning new things every day.
