ITALIAN RESTAURANT
Inspired by the streets and warm colors of Palermo along with the Byzantine art architecture presented in Sicily, Italy; Palermo Italian Restaurant is designed to receive its clients in a pleasant and welcoming environment. Details like natural materials, earthy and warm colors, round shapes in furniture and lighting, and the arches of this restaurant create a cozy feeling, ideal for people who want to stay a little longer than usual.
Palermo restaurant has two lobbies, one private dining room, a bar, and a semi private banquette and booth area. This project was designed in Revit and the spaces were rendered in Enscape.

CORPORATE LAW OFFICE
The Hanover Law Firm is located at 2100 L St, Washington Dc. A third level with 320,257 RSF was designed with efficient, functional, and safe spaces for employees. The color palette incorporated in this design brings together a mixture of greys with pops of color like blue, green, and yellow that arrange pleasingly with light wood. Exterior and interior glazing allows abundant natural light and bright spaces.
For this project, exterior walls were given in an AutoCAD file and then traced over Revit to plan the interior space. The goal was to focus on furniture plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, and Power Plan; presenting them in a final design board with the materials, furniture, and lights selected.

GARDEN INN HOTEL
Garden Inn is a three-story hotel designed with comfortable guestrooms, an inviting lobby with a bar, and lounges areas for reading and socializing. With an open and private dining area and flexible meeting space that can accommodate a wide range of functions.
This commercial project was layout in Revit to start visualizing in 3D. Twinmotion was an add-on program to walk through the project and have a 3D architectural visualization.
